The requirements for a divorce require that you have been separated for more than 12 months.

There is no need the serve the documents on your former spouse however you will both need to sign the application and return it to our office.

You can still be separated but live in the same house however you will be required to file two affidavits with the court outlining your living arrangements.

A fee reduction may be available for a joint application if both parties have an eligible health care card

The Court fees for a divorce application are $1100.00

Once these fees are placed in our Trust account we will pay these on your behalf
